Thank you for visiting MD Hygiene. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, you will be updated regarding the expected new delivery date. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

• Estimated delivery time 2-3 business days from dispatch

• Over £100 Shipping is Free

• Under £100 Shipping is £7.95

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Backorders

Any items that are placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.

Should we receive no response from our e-mail, we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.

If the delivery date is unacceptable, please reply to our e-mail and we can arrange a new date for you to receive the goods or cancel the backorder and initiate a refund.

Damages

MD Hygiene is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.K.
